3 15 minute WODS. AMRAP.

1. "Heather"
Row 500 meters
12 Deadlifts
21 Ring Dips

2. "Jeremy"
21-15-9 Reps
Overhead Squats
Burpees

3. Run as far as you can for 15 minutes.  Record distance.
