Workouts for Thursday-Sunday

Thursday- Five rounds for time of: 
7 Dumbell Arnold Squat with Press
10 Pull-ups
Time to beat: 3:29 Graham Holmberg


Friday- Four rounds for time of:
27 Box Jumps
20 Burpees
11 Hang Cleans
Time to beat: 16:34 Ryan Johnston


Saturday- Complete as many rounds as possible in 25 mins of:
11 Chest to bar Pull-ups
2 Deadlifts
10 Handstand Push-ups
Rounds to beat: 10 rounds


Sunday- Run 5 K
